My wife was recently diagnosed with arthritis. She was having difficulty getting in and out of her car (Mustang) so we decided to get her a vehicle that was easier to get in and out of. We once owned a Blazer and she really liked it. We searched the websites of local Chevrolet dealers and found that Four Stars had one in stock. We decided to go look at them the next day. As we were looking at the Blazer, Tom Brillhart walked out. He talked to us about the vehicles on the lot. my wife saw a Trailblazer and expressed interest in it. We test drove both vehicles and told Tom that we liked them both. but we wanted to think and talk about possibly buying one of them. The next morning my wife said she liked them both. but was leaning more towards the Trailblazer. After discussing it between ourselves, I searched the internet to check out how reliable it was (and there were good reviews_ We called Four Stars and talked to Tom about taking another look at the Trailblazer. We returned to the dealership and Tom had the Trailblazer right up front so we could look it over real close, then we took it out for a second test drive. By the time we returned to the dealership we had decided to buy the 2026 Trailblazer, Tom and the folks at Four Stars got the paperwork together and had us out the door in fairly short order.

They were very polite and timely. They were supposed to to wash my vehicle but it did not get done no biggy but they verbally agreed to a free car wash with my first oil change.

Totally 10/10! Chris Chandler made it absolutely painless. He was friendly, knowledgeable and absolutely not pushy. The money guy - I can’t remember his name- made the process very straight forward and I never felt pressure to add this or that. I’ll be back and so will my friends.

Went in for oil change and Cheri got me right in. She was very friendly and showed me to the lounge while I waited and Mark Havens my salesman came in and we talked while my truck was being serviced. This all was done and I was back on the road in around 30 minutes. As always a good experience with a lot of good people.

Needed to replace five year old battery. Job was done quickly and efficiently.

Bought a new Trailblazer, my second vehicle in 2 years great service. I still have my Z71. Sales personal are outstanding. Finance are the same. I would recommend anyone to buy from Four Stars auto group.

Good job was done on the oil change and service personnel was friendly. I had take the pickup back in because it would just die this was the second time for this problem. First time they could not find the problem but the second time they found that the battery cable was loose and it fixed the problem . So they recalibrated everything it run great but the must have turned my On Star off and some of the gauges are not working I am still waiting to get it back in to have this corrected.

It was a great experience. Mark Havens made it a easy purchase and was there to answer every question we had before the purchase. Finance was quick and easy as well which is unlike most dealerships. 5 Star experience.

They advised me my air filter was dirty, quoted me over $100 to replace, and wasn’t even dirty. It honestly felt like a scam and I have never had issues with their service. Disappointed

I was frazzled, tired from lack of sleep when the “action required” showed up on my dash! The professionals who spoke on the phone were helpful and reassuring and I drove 5 miles to the dealership. Next the gentleman at the desk was kind and helpful and reassuring too. I had “cold items” from a purchase at Sam’s and he even got ice for my cooler bag. From onset to completion, everyone was exceptional in every way. They updated me what the mechanic was seeing and gave clear choices. Everyone I spoke with or had interaction with was awesome!

Tom Brillhart at Four Star Auto Ranch in Henrietta, TX, has made an often scary and uncomfortable experience easy and even fun. I am so thankful that I followed my friends’s recommendation to contact Tom. As previous reviews have stated, he is genuine and truly cares about his customers getting exactly what they need. Everyone there was friendly and the place seemed more collaborative vs. competitive. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere with plenty of vehicles to choose from!

I took my 2019 Traverse in for routine oi change change, tire rotation, etc and they said I had an oil leak on march 20 but they couldn’t schedule me for a full examination until April 7. I took iback on the 7 th and they said I had a leak between the engine and transmission and it would take a week to get parts and repair at a cost of about $2700. I told them that I had no sign of a leak on my garage floor but the said the oil was probably being trapped somewhere. I felt that I had no other option except to agree to the service because I needed the vehicle back beef I left on a scheduled trip on April 22. The repairs were delayed and I picked up the Traverse on the afternoon of the 21st the did loans me a vehicle. This is the second oil leak I have had on this vehicle. Not good. This dealership also charge me $600 to replace a headlight earlier this year. Not good. The people are friendly but I am very disappointed.

They are great will even answer their cell phones while attending Stock shows :) That why I bought my car from Four Stars, is the service that all the staff give. It is a 65-mile round trip to their dealership for me, but they are worth the time and drive

Everyone was very friendly. However, when I arrived, I was told I was third in line. I waited over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That seemed like a really long time particularly since I left work to get the oil change. When I asked how long the weight was going to be after two hours, I was told “Well you brought the car in at our busiest time. Almost like it was my fault for bringing it in at a time that was busy for them. I didn’t have to pay for the service since this is my first oil change with the new car so I was happy about that.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the service door. I was kept informed during the service and was asked before anything not scheduled was done. Service was very quick.

Tom was professional and made the process smooth sailing. It’s the second truck I’ve bought through him

Good morning Four star ranch, on August 24/2026 we came to buy a Chevy truck 1500 LTD that me and my husband had seen online, when me my husband and hour daughter saw Logan Hastings outside the door, he was very friendly he shook our hands took us in his office and in no time he brought the one truck that we bought even though there was another truck we decided on the first one, Logan was very helpful pointing out how good the truck was with brand new tires and a bed cover which they're not cheap, the only thing we didn't like was the steering wheel that had a hole in the leather so we said we'll buy a cover for it, but when Logan Hastings went to have the truck serviced and detailing it, he asked how much would have cost a new steering wheel, which we didn't know nothing about it, so when he came back in his office that we were waiting for him, he told us that he was letting the service change a brand new steering wheel, we looked at him like shocked and 😲, Logan went above and beyond to please us so we left the truck there and he gave us a Dodge truck to go home we were 1 hour and 20 minutes away from home he told us that a friend of his was going to deliver our truck to our home so we didn't need to go back again, such a wonderful person, way to go Logan Hastings. Thank you so much for all your help we have to say we never encountered someone has good as you in a dealership. ❤️❤️❤️ God bless you 🙏🙏
