The people are very friendly and helpful. They took the time to help me understand a few things that I was having trouble with.

I took my vehicle for an oil change. Staff was friendly and the oil change was done in a very timely manner. The customer waiting room is very nice.

Everyone was nice and helpful to me. I bought a 2024 Chevy Colorado in June 2024 and on March 20, 2025 I was hit by a wreckless driver, totaling my pickup. The staff was very caring and also made sure all paperwork was in order and my new vehicle was ready to go.

Took my truck in for an oil change. They got me in and out quickly.

I was having problems with the brakes on my truck. They were making a noise especially in the morning. The service department kept my truck overnight and found the problem and I appreciate all their help. The service manager Ryan was very helpful and responsive to getting my truck fixed.

Arrived at 730 when they opened got right in for oil change and tire rotation. They completed everything in a little over an hour.

I was very apprehensive about having my 24 Corvette Z51 serviced because of the lack of knowledge on the requirements for this vehicle among the Chevy Dealership community. However, I spoke with Ryan Pruner (Service Manager) beforehand and he answered all my questions correctly and completely. My service was great. I was able to speak with the mechanic (Russell)before and during the process. This in itself eased my concerns and I was very pleased that they knew what was required for my vehicle. All in all, it was a great experience and I was glad that I drove the 5 1/2 hours from Arkansas to complete my vehicle service with Four Stars Auto Ranch in Henrietta, TX.

Wasn't informed of the cost before labor and supplies were charged. However, they did make good on part of it, but not worth the stress it caused. And what is the warranty coverage? It didn't cover the most important parts of the vehicle. I'm just disappointed.... Years of relationship with Four Star, but this time was exhausting.

Phenomenal sales experience, best in over 40 years of buying a new vehicle about every 3 years!. Great price on my trade and great price on my 2025 Chevy Tahoe High Country! My salesperson, Bethany was awesome and had all paperwork ready on the day of pickup. I arrived at 11 AM and was driving away in my new Tahoe by 1145! I live about an hour and 40 minute drive from this dealership but I will definitely buy my next Chevy from them!

Tom. Is a great salesman, he wasn’t pushy on trying to buying a vehicle. He let us try our time on looking and asking questions about the vehicles. He didn’t mind at all on letting us look at other vehicles. I will go back to him when my Son trade his truck in a month or so. Tom is awesome.

My wife was recently diagnosed with arthritis. She was having difficulty getting in and out of her car (Mustang) so we decided to get her a vehicle that was easier to get in and out of. We once owned a Blazer and she really liked it. We searched the websites of local Chevrolet dealers and found that Four Stars had one in stock. We decided to go look at them the next day. As we were looking at the Blazer, Tom Brillhart walked out. He talked to us about the vehicles on the lot. my wife saw a Trailblazer and expressed interest in it. We test drove both vehicles and told Tom that we liked them both. but we wanted to think and talk about possibly buying one of them. The next morning my wife said she liked them both. but was leaning more towards the Trailblazer. After discussing it between ourselves, I searched the internet to check out how reliable it was (and there were good reviews_ We called Four Stars and talked to Tom about taking another look at the Trailblazer. We returned to the dealership and Tom had the Trailblazer right up front so we could look it over real close, then we took it out for a second test drive. By the time we returned to the dealership we had decided to buy the 2026 Trailblazer, Tom and the folks at Four Stars got the paperwork together and had us out the door in fairly short order.

A computer update took about an hour and solved my problem - thanks for taking care of that so quickly

It took about 45 minutes for an oil change which wasn’t bad. I entered instructions to use my points but the agent never brought up.

I am so thankful that I followed my friends’s recommendation to contact Tom. As previous reviews have stated, he is genuine and truly cares about his customers getting exactly what they need. Everyone there was friendly and the place seemed more collaborative vs. competitive. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere with plenty of vehicles to choose from!
